BUZZ Player HD is a multimedia player supporting many audio and video codecs and file formats, multiple photo file formats and various streaming protocols. As of version 6.6 or later, crash always occurs at the start of SMB / FTP streaming playback. Playing the same file after downloading is fine.
Not the most intuitive of interfaces, but does what it says. I wanted an app to be able to connect to my NAS drive and play my music without having to load onto iTunes and it does that great (plus it plays movies too). You can set up playlists from the drive so that you dont have to recreate from scratch each time; its a bit painful to do it, but once done it works very well. Ive loaded the app onto a couple of old 3GS iPhones, added some decent speakers & can now stream different music to different rooms at the same time without needing to go through iTunes or duplicate the music - excellent )) If the interface was more user friendly Id have given it 5 stars.
This app is perfect if you want to stream from a hard drive on your network. You can now watch all of your downloaded films and tv shows anywhere in the house.
This is the only perfect working app for streaming videos in a LAN with smb or afp-shares. Worth every cent.
Had some serious problems with iOS 8 which are gone with the new release. Some nice features like background playing and a better file handling added. Now I am happy again.
very good at playing all formats. only bug i found is that it doesnt allow you to delete a video youve added. delete function is broken. pls fix!

Some bad moments

If the web browsing feature is important to you, DO NOT update, as the latest update removes web browsing - worthless for my personal uses. Used to be great for controlling the media player with custom gestures. Too bad...
I just bought this and it doesnt even work. Dont waste your money on it. Just dont.
Buggy display on retina. No more rotation since the last update. Lame AC3 removal in the last update. Well you can refund everybody I guess.
Very bad update.... very disappointing. You should refund everyone since the software no more fill the features we bought it for
This App is constantly crashing. Vietnam Mobile Software Co., Ltd needs seriously to teach their developers to how program.
Couldnt even get one file to play, crashes constantly and always
